I would like to respectfully suggest that you call Elmer and say that. To my knowledge, you haven't actually had a phone conversation with Elmer. I know I insisted at one point and you were too busy. Have you called him?

Rather than posting that here without the opportunity for Elmer to respond, perhaps you might want to call him and ask him to justify his compensation with regards to value creation for the shareholders.

This post is not intended to be confrontational, however, if you feel this way you should tell him directly. I am sure we would all appreciate hearing the outcome.
