Teck better accept the BFS as bankable or else, all that "one chance to deliver a perfect BFS, got to do it right the first time" is a big crock of bullxxxx! I would also question what Jim Gray, Matt Bender and Tetra Tech were all doing?? Playing Texas Hold 'em? IMO No, TT was Teck's choice for their BFS. Teck absolutely have to approve the BFS as bankable.
