It's frustrating that as shareholders, we are not getting even the basic info about how or what our company is doing. The lack of info is causing a lot of frustration, pain and speculations. Even when the company is talking with a potential buyer, there is no reason and no excuse not to be transparent; e.g. with the delivery of the FS to Tech, the company could have disclosed thru a NR, not by phone calls, that CUU has fulfilled such and such requirement of the 2002 Agreement and pursuant to the Agreement we are entitled to expect such and such from Tech etc. etc. Right now, the retailers have been given a vague NR that apparently no one can interpret with any degree of confidence its exact meaning. That is not what a NR is supposed to do; it's supposed to convey meaningful info, not to confuse the investors! JMO
