The only two bits that I would add is that Teck bought up all the land around us. Moreover, Teck has a vested interested in facilitating copper resources coming on stream in a timely fashion. Rejecting us and telling us to the the BFS over again sort of stuff just holds back their ability to advance the mine. Moreover, it would send an unfortunate signal to other juniors who would think twice before inking an agreement with them.

Nope, I am not worried...just impatiently wanting to hear about back in/buy out.
