Ski - I asked Elmer about the possibilty of TECK building a CESL procesing plant up north to deal with thir copper concentrate from the DISTRICT in stead of shipping it out. Elmer told me that CESL process will not work becuse in the process they would lose all the gold from the ore. I don't know the chemistry behind this, but CESL is not be for copper ore with significant gold content.
