I clearly recall Elmer totally downplaying the CESL process when I asked him about it. That's why the confusion in my mind after reading the stuff posted.

but also in the FS:

"The average copper grade of the concentrate produced from the Schaft Creek mineralization is expected to be higher than that expected by most smelters.

On average, the impurities in the copper concentrates produced from the mineralization should not attract smelting penalties as set out by most smelters. "
