The EA is about approving the mine no? Yes, EA IMO is about approving the environmental issues surrounding the construction of the mine. Without satisfying the concerns of water, moose, and hierarchical resources, we cannot proceed with construction of the mine. So, mine plan is necessary however, without EA certificate it will remain just a "plan". It cannot go forward. Jmo.
