Elmer had mentioned several times in his conference calls that EA and First Nation reps were all present and involved in visiting the areas and aware of CUU's plans and direction from the beginning. That the government including federal, are all aware of the status of CUU. I would assume these agencies all signed Non-Disclosue Agreements..
