The Arizona properties are owned by CUU thru a wholly owned subsidary company. So there are more than one company technically.

Additionally the Company holds, through wholly-owned subsidiaries, mineral tenures located in Pinal County, Arizona (the 'Sombrero Butte Copper Project') and in Miami, Arizona (the 'Van Dyke BLM Claims').
