The problem with the 30 day thing is they stacked that on the SEDAR thing which also was never a requirement, IMO

So assuming there is a 30 day period, which is not clearly spelled out, when does it start?

If there is nothing in writing, it is imaginary. Period.

And yes, it is also my opinion that the principals to the agreement are in violation of its terms.
