OK I sent this:

"The exploration agreement between CUU and Teck requires Teck to convey all of their interests in the Schaft Creek Project if presented with a positive BFS by CUU
This is an earned interest by CUU subject to Teck having a backin right
CUU noticed, by PR, a conforming, positive BFS, vetted by both Merit (for Teck) and Tetra Tech, on Dec 21, 2012
So far Teck has not conveyed the 100% interest that CUU has earned
Are they having trouble deciding what to do at Schaft Creek?"
