I also agree with your take on the situation ....additionally, as I mentioned earlier posts:

1) no way in heck PDAC or o/wise will we be given insider info. "have to shoot u etc."

2) EE & DM are non operational "arms length" can easily be argued for share purchase freedom.

No news is IMO good news! (at least until next Wed.)
