I suspect there is some effot to manage expectations here. With respect to Jason, I don't think he is qualified or in a position to say what a reasonable buyout share price is for Copper Fox. My understanding is he has no more information than we do. Personally I think 2 bucks is a tad low. I've heard several people indicate that a minum of 3 bucks is expected.

Elmer and team have put years of work into developing CUU. I think he expects to be paid for his effort. Ernesto has assumed signficant risks. I expect he will want to be compensated appropriately for it regarless of what his average share price is. JMO.
