Why does everyone assume this? We were not conservative in respect to the schedule or the economics. Our schedule has us receiving environmental permits next January and we are still months away from submitting the application. Our economics has us using $3.25/lb copper and $14.64 / Mo (currently at $11.25). Our capex was also reviewed for months to trim the number as small as possible.

I see a lot of missed opportunities, but this is not exactly the same as being conservative.
