I think I see what you are hung up on.
If any of these new targets outside of the main project are mineralized that would not require a Resource Estimate. Simply showing that these targets are mineralized with a drill assay or two and part of a big zone scoped by Titan (say 1km by 500m which could equate to billions of tonnes), would tell potential buyers and teck that the exploration potential is real and tangible and not just a pretty idea on a map that might prove to be iron with the first drill.
Right now, those other zones other than Discovery, are just big "maybe's". It is a lot tougher to try and bargain a huge price for a target/zone that may or may not be mineralized. I think Elmer missed a big opportunity to confirm one or more of those zones and show teck that we could have multiple Schaft Creeks.
That said, our NR about discovering Discovery Zone on Feb 16, 2012 didn't help our SP that much. But, if we turn this into a habit of chaulking up new confirmed/drilled zones, we should see some appreciation in the market.
