I think it was reported that Cathy said it was recieved on the 5th (not the 4th) so they'd still have till tomorrow at 11:59PM, no?

There's also the question of if it is material or not, given that they had already assumed it was positive...

It was published on SEDAR on the 4th so I think we're safe to go with that date.

We're not looking for confirmation that it is positive, we're looking for bankable and the Liard shares.
