That will come once the BC Hydro agreement is signed. This will be a major step to Schaft Creek being recongnized as a mine, no power , no mine. And there can only be 3. (road permits are also a big green light)
The signature on the agreement will be ''Copper Fox Metals'', not Teck. Then people/media will realise Teck has a 75% back in option on Schaft Creek. Perfect timing, right in the middle of their decision making. Teck could actualy be waiting for this.
An agreement must be signed then conductivity sudies/electrical studies start.
All this followed by the EA application, another milestone (in our case, imo, as good as done) that starts the normal bureaucratic paperwork process.
