The Liard shares must be transfered. somewhere in the contract it states, if either party's holding drops below 20% then it is converted to a NSR, or something to that effect. ( I'm too lazy to look it up again ) .

without the Liard shares we only have 70% X 25% = 17.5%.

The Liard holding brings us up to 23.5% .........chunky
