Thanks for the details Chappy, my understanding has always been that the agreement swallows pretty much everything worthwhile. Therefore, for any future JV to occur that includes SC+surrounding lands there must be a very good reason for CUU to commit to another agreement with Teck. I just cant see CUU going in with another agreement when there are too many advantages with Teck just backing in for 75% and CUU sits on their butt while Teck moves towards development.
