Thanks HayzToo...
It is interesting that Elmer thinks that Teck will either take all of it (BC i presume) or none of it (not even a back-in?). I can't quite get my head around the later scenario when earning back in would be quite cheap at any % (20, 40, or 75%).
It is greatly encouraging to finally hear from Elmer that the 120 day clock has started and there is a real date as to when it will end (June 4th). Thank God.
Anyone know what FS Teck rejected? Is he talking about CCY's La Verde projet? I could see a few very obstacles in that plan (i mentioned them in the off-topic forum) but I imagine Teck gets a few FS's coming at them all the time.
I wish he could explain why the 2012 exploration programme stopped when it did before half of it was complete. With the failed drills and the missing Titan I don't know how they could have figured their job was done or why they would have set out a NR to describe a much more ambitious programme that wasnt at all related to the FS.
I have to ignore any mention of Elmer being upbeat. He appears to be quite adept at eliciting this type of feeling in investors prior to announcing bad news and big delays or anything better.
