Went to the meeting Saturday afternoon. My take on what ES had said is that he knows for sure that teck will do one of two things. 1. Elect to back in at 20, 40, or 75%. or 2. Walk away from the project. This much he knows forsure. Whether they want to buy us out, he has not heard from them. They have not told him what they want to do yet.

When I talked to Cam afterwards, he said that yes they are taliking with teck about the FS questions they have.

ES said something to the extent that if they drilled within 1000 meters of the deposit they would have to redo the FS as it would then become part of it and they did not want to wait another year.

For the 2013 drilling program they were planning to do the infil drilling on the waste rock in the pit. This also included the east side of Mt. Casse as the design of the pit wall will stip through rock that is now classified as waste rock. They know that this pit is open to the east and that waste rock has minerals in it. This will also make a huge economic difference to the project.

They have also started looking at getting better metal recoveries from the rock
