You think that's evasive? I got this after 3 weeks and multiple E-mails - and having both Lynn and Jason forward him. I'm actually quite disappointed given that some of the questions I asked have been answered by Elmer on HayZ's post as well. I feel like he doesn't know what's going on.
I am sorry if we have overlooked responding to your enquiries. There is not a lot that I am not at liberty to add to the information released with our News release of February 5th with respect to the points raised. We continue to be in discussion with Teck regarding issues with respect to their earn back option and the feasibility Study.
We are in a quiet period in this regard and hopefully will be able to respond in more detail shortly. Thank you for your patience.

He didn't even get the date of the News Release right (it was the 4th). Everything else he said was the same thing we've heard before "discussions with teck" "quiet period" blah blah blah. I'm really disappointed. I honestly don't think my questions were even too probing. They were:
1) When was the feasibility notice sent out? Was it February 4th? Later or earlier?
2) Has Teck accepted and deemed the Feasibility Positive and "Bankable" (As defined in the 2002 option agreement). I'm aware the term isn't to be used as per the SCC, but as it's defined in the agreement - not that every bank is going to accept it. Given that under section 5.5(b)(ii) of the contract, they haven't said anything for over 30 days, it should have automatically been deemed "Positive and Bankable" but I'd like clarification/confirmation.
3) That we are "On the clock". I understand that this may not be hard and fixed, and that you are working with Teck, and if it goes to 121 days that's fine, but a general timeline is needed, as this has gone on far longer than I'm sure even you had expected (2 years longer!). I've waited for over 2 years, and I'm sure that a week or two more than the 120 won't hurt - but I would like to know that there is some sort of rough deadline, or at least a timeline. If this is the case, where about are we? I'd be assuming around Day 45 but that depends on question 1.
