Very quiet around CUU lately. Posters have been talking about multiple partners etc. This morning ran into a piece of information that may tie into us.

Newmont has been mentioned before so here goes. Newmont just gave up Jan 28th 2013 their Hope Bay Project. Apprently this was next on their list of mines to put into production 80 by 20km. Newmont has spent 500 million thus far on the project and basically walked away from it leaving a 1% smelter royality giving it to TMAC and financing. TMAC is run by ex FNX admin. 10 million ounces of gold gone.

We have had a lot of delays to say the least perhaps we have been waiting for Teck's partners to get their affairs in order. Teck says to Newmont you want our 10 million ounce of gold and possibly more give us X number of dollars and we can do a deal.
