If they sold the BC claims would that not be considered a profit?

Elmer is quite excited about the Arizona prospects. I don't know why they could not pay a dividend from the sale of the BC assets and focus on Arizona. And why could Teck not pay over a period of time instead of a lump sum?

Not my choice scenario but obviously something is holding this up. It is probably our price.
