Deeppockets.....Elmer did talk about this issue (taking Cuu private) a bit at Smithers. He said it just isn't going to happen. Not something anyone wants to do. Over 90% of shareholders need to agree. Huge third party studies need to be done to assess the value and come up with a share price. Made it sound as though there would be far to much hassle and not much benefit.
