Thats going to depend on the next few weeks. There is a JV requirement and it is binding. Our contract doesn't require Teck to announce that the BFS is acceptable because it defaults to acceptable. But, both companies have to have the JV definition on paper about the first week in April. This is part of why I'd expect Teck to move shortly after.
