Teck is only supposed to deliver a definitive JV on this date for review by CF. There is no timeline in which CF has to respond to the JV or ask for changes or agree.

Even if Teck delivered a perfect JV, it wouldn't be announced on that date. They would need time to review it and approve of it presumably with the BoD. I would imagine lawyers would need to be involved.

I don't think there is any way we're going to know whether Teck did deliver a JV on time because the back 60 days could easily run out before they work through the requirements to agree on the JV.
