Excellent job Liddy. Everything appears to be good. Perhaps the one exception was Elmer saying there are no ongoing discussions regarding a buyout. Some had speculated these were taking place. Of course if they were he couldn't admit it. Pleased to have it confirmed others were interested but are waiting for Teck to decide. also pleased to hear he feels we are undervalued. All in all good.
