I have to agree R.Reid. We havent' seen any NR's align with any of the dates we squeezed out of the Agreement yet. Elmer seems to be content to let things breathe and happen when and if they are going to happen verses marking each and every step with a NR (e.g. liard shares, FS Notice, final dates etc). I don't think Liddy pointing out paragraph 15.1 clause in the Agreement is going to change how CUU marches thru the 120 days.

If cuu recieves something this week, they'll take a few days just to go over it anyways if CUU was to comment publicly on what they recieved from Teck. I have my doubts that any NR will come on the 60 day JV proposal from Teck given what has happened so far.
