I am not holding out high expections for a NR by Friday, but I am leaving the door open to that possibility, just because of the above noted legal obligations.

Thats also the way I see it... I hope that what's left of retail also have low expectations about a NR this week or next because going down in the 50s would be v e r y depressing.
