When we did our DD we knew there would be a 120 period of time that Teck could take to make a decision. So this waiting period is not a suprise. That this did not take place last year (or the year before) is where most of the frustration comes from.

That we are not holding Teck to the contract may be a positive (in my opinion). We would only likely do that if we were being ignored or they were hinting at some undesirable outcome.
