Teck to has to declare its earn-in within 120 days or it is out in the cold.

I agree with you Chappy. I think Teck is following the contract where it is clear what the contract demands. Those claims that you showed us that Teck kept within the 2 km area of interest shows that Teck is aware of their obligations under the contract and is being careful not to run afoul of them.
