Rip - Not certain but I think you are referring to a guy named Dwek. I think his MO was to buy a large position in a PP and receive warrants. Then dump them as soon as possible (?) 4 months??. This would drive the price lower. Investors began dumping when he showed up because they knew there would be a huge dump coming.
