Part of me agrees with you but part of me doesn't.

We don't know if the Feasibility Notice was ever delivered.

I think management has actually admitted to this happening fully now (Both Elmer and Mike said to various people). From the February 4th NR:

The Company has delivered a copy of the completed positive Feasibility Study to Teck Resources Limited ("Teck"). Teck is reviewing the Feasibility Study and is discussing with the Company its earn back options available under the "Teck Option Agreement" dated January 1, 2002. There can be no assurance that these discussions will lead to Teck exercising any of its earn back options nor that the Company and Teck will enter into a definitive joint venture agreement as contemplated under the Teck Option Agreement.

I think with what they've said to us and the above NR they'll have a hard time saying "O, we never actually delivered the notice."

We don't have the Liard shares.

This has been argued to be positive. There's no need to, we don't need them and it just causes complications. Why focus on something trivial now, when it gets in the way of something bigger later. Even if that bigger thing falls apart it's not like you won't get it later - and you lose anything from getting it later.

We don't have an official start to the clock.

If the first point is true, then the official start should be February 4th. Elmer has said with the Liddy post that it "should be around that time" although in a non-commital way, it could be because he doesn't expect it to be that long.

Our press releases are filled with assumptions about the feasibility.

All legal stuff that I think is necessary. The Feasibility IS all assumptions. IF the average copper price is X and IF such and such costs this much etc. The other assumptions - well there is no guarantee that Teck will do anything...I think it's just all legal, not a REAL warning.
