institutional interest

I don't think a NR on that the "clock is ticking" would give any institutional interest in the stock.

The risk of releasing news that the clock is ticking vs no release at all is the same to them.

Outcome is still Teck taking 100% vs Teck back in based on agreeement vs Teck not wanting it at all.

Clock Ticking only adds a timeframe of when all of this has to be finished by.

IMO the real news that would create some sort of SP increase would be an announcement of Teck backing in, EA, or buyout.

Has to be news related if SC is going to be a mine or not. Not just a timer.
