hoghead you seem to have so many questions about CUU and that you have a lot in this investment but I'm really curious why don't you bother calling them?

Liddy has tried calling Elmer as many times as he can. Same for a lot of posters. If you're truely worried, just make a phone call and see what they tell you over the phone. Worse case, ask them if they can provide what they say in writing to you too?
