I'm asking you again, have you heard of a buyout offer at a 70% discount to the current SP? And if you do come up with such an example, was the offer accepted?

No lletea I have never heard of an accepted lower offer, but then again we are not close to being trading at $2.50, and I think they want to keep it that way. CUU also has the future CUU2 shares that they can put any value they want on them, to make the deal look better.
