Now if they would just change the about language to state that the FS notice was sent and the FS was delivered and the Clock was started.

I spoke to them about it and wrote to them but I don't see any change and it possible that they can't change it.

Possibly because it hasn't been delivered? That sure wouldn't allow the change.
