What part of that news release would indicate that the "notice" has not been delivered?
-------------------------------
I guess the fact that it is omitted from the release, the ambitiousness of the news release disclaimers, the lack of a NR stating its delivery and most of all...
My inability to get the company to acknowledge that it has been delivered. Emails asking for clarification are not responded to and even over the phone, management will not say it has or has not been delivered - they avoid that specific topic completely. The contract clearly states that the feasibility notice is the mechanism that starts the clock.
I and others have tried to get an answer on this without success.
PLEASE, try to get an answer yourself (anyone) and report back!
If you can get any answer on this regarding the 'feasibility notice' specifically I would love to know. Once you try, you will see why I am concerned - there is a refusal to address it at all. Quiet time, can't talk about it, etc. I am concerned, why does no one else seem to care about this? There is no reason for the company to not give the status of the delivery of the feasibility notice - yes or no... Simple!
I will absolutely shut up about this as soon as this is clarified.
