People need to learn what 'debate' means. It means considering and discussing both sides of an argument. I think once someone resorts to insults they are demonstrating that they've run out of argument. That said, arguing something and refusing to hear the responses is no better.

Yes, there is a fair amount of circumstantial evidence to support the notion that a FN has been delivered or another superceding JV type agreement (remember when Elmer got flustered when asked about the JV in January?).
