Why do some people think feasability notice has not been delivered by CUU?

And if they haven't delivered it, why not? It doesn't make sense to me that management handed over the BFS document to TECK on Feb 4 or thereabouts, and not delivered feasability notice.

I think people are making too much of a big deal about this. Hopefully by June 4 or a few weeks later we will get some credible answers from management. If nothing happens by June 30 and we hear nothing from management, then I would be extremely pissed off.
