Elmer, an experienced exploration geologist and executive, is not likely to miss the delivery of the FN...

As an aside to this...despite how angry we all are at being left in the dark for so long, I do think Elmer has done a good job at getting the work done to make this a turn-key project (in his words.)

Among other things, the contract specified that the Feasibility was to include "all environmental impact studies and costs." Elmer has half a dozen years or more of baseline studies on every possible flora or fauna, as well as the air and water studies, food studies, navigable waters act studies, soils, noise and probably others I can't think of right now. He's got the port and the hydro arranged or in progress.

(Not to pick on CCY in particular but...they haven't done any of this work and I think that could have led to Teck allowing them to find another partner. Chappy argued it well here: http://agoracom.com/ir/CopperFoxMetals/forums/off-topic/topics/563571-timing-of-ccy-and-cuu/?message_id=1780321#message_1780321)

I just can't see him catching all these details and right at the end not bothering with the contract when it comes to proper delivery.
