Elmer isn't trying to lose Ernesto's money, or the money of any shareholder. If he could sell it earlier I am sure he would but its not as easy as Meta and his followers on the other board think it is. There is something that we don't know, and they don't want us to know. We are a pretty organized group of people here following them wherever they go, business or vacation, checking them from the air, recording phone conversations, making public all information.... they don't want us to take this over.

I think they are waiting for somebody else, a third party (Teck's partner who is playing a game of patience with all of us) to make up their mind. They could make us wait until the last minute, but Ernesto is smart, he doesn't want to make 120 days as a deadline and we will not accept a low offer just because of that. Elmer definitely sees Teck as a good partner in this process and together we will get this done but it might not be done by June 4th.
