We've had enough clues imo, they just keep adding up.

A buyout now is what makes the most sense. But don't think for 1 second that a back-in won't be followed by a buyout.

One thing I do know is that the EAST side of these 2 chargeabilities (chargeabilies that have already shown a 1 to 1 correlation with the drilling) HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED.

Or I invite you to look at slide 16 and 17 (UNTESTED PORTION)

http://www.copperfoxmetals.com/i/pdf/CorpPresApril25-2013.pdf

So what we do know is that if Teck backs in for 20%, 40% or 75%, we'll have $85 million, $255 million or $340 million going into that UNTESTED PORTION.

Unless Teck is the operator (has to take 75% and earned 51%) this money will be controlled By CUU.

Those who have been following the story already know what's going to come out of those drill cores, so does Teck.

And we'll have 80%, 60% or 25% of the project to sell with ALOT more proven value.

Proven is the key word and maybe that's what someone wants to see before the buyout.

A 75% back in comes with $340 million , a financed to production clause and Teck as operator. Just that is an easy sell to another major.

We already know what Teck looks for, I proved it here:

But if Teck wants to go to the bank for financing (Billions), maybe the bank requires proof regarding the UNTESTED PORTION. Or maybe Teck has a partner(s) that want to see what's on the untested portion.

A couple drill holes wake up markets, look at CXO 1 drill hole.

We've had cores similar to that in the Paramount zone. So you don't always need a buyout for the share price to double or triple, a couple drill holes could do it.

If any of the back-in options take place, the waste rock will be proven, the untested area will be tested, the EAA will be out.....we'll be woth alot more...and you know what comes next.
