Great detective work prospekt!
Most companies utilize the media for NR's to inform the public and retail shareholders about significant events of the company; it's really odd that cuu management appears to make sure that commimications through NR's are kept to the minimum and relevant info is either ambiguously worded to cause confusion or buried in the most unlikely places (like in the cautionary statement) to ensure most retailers would not find it! It seems that they would rather disseminate info in the most inefficient and ineffective means of telephone communications with select individuals rather than through proper, well worded NR's! Maybe there's a reason for it; hope there's a happy ending to all this! JMO GLTA!
