I wonder if anyone but us will notice that day passing? It doesn't seem like anyone is following this story or is even aware Teck is in negotiations. There certainly doesn't seem to be any anticipation building in the stock price. It wouldn't surprise me if the day drifted by like any other.

I do, however, think the day is meaningful. I think Teck will either make their decision known or formally ask for an extension. Even if Teck makes their decision on their option on that date we might not hear for a few days while they pull together a NR and everyone approves it. I completely expect to hear something next week, and hope it comes tomorrow or the next day. I half thought if it was a buyout we would hear today. I wonder why they always thought Teck would move fast?
