Message: Just an observation

Since I've been in this stock (~2 years), I've noticed something about CUU deadlines.

1) The majority of deadlines that this company has had to meet were self-imposed deadlines. I think we can all agree that CUU management has done a pretty terrible job at estimating/meeting these deadlines. In the earlier stages of CUU (pre-BFS), most of the deadlines were all self-imposed.

2) Post-BFS, CUU has had to meet another set of deadlines - contract based deadlines. CUU has actually met most of these deadlines (I can't think of one where they haven't met...can you?). It also seems like CUU has met these deadlines on the last possible day.

I think this is important to recognize. The 120 days is a contract based deadline and not a self-imposed one. A lot of you might argue that, based on CUU's history of deadlines, there is a strong likelihood that we won't see an NR on June 4th. I'd argue the opposite. I'd argue that if you look at how CUU has handled their contract based deadlines, you can expect them to 1) meet the 120 day deadline and 2) do it on the last possible day (June 4th).
