According to the contract, Copper Fox will receive 100% ownership if the 120 days expires without Teck making a decision. If June 4 passes without news, then this means Copper Fox has given more time to Teck to make a decision (assuming we met the contract terms and the Feasibility Notice was delivered). Since they gave Teck more time, Copper Fox thinks it's more valuable for Teck to back-in than for Teck to walk. This puts a nail in the "Teck walking is the best thing for us" argument.

Of course, this theory is based on a few assumptions that may or may not unfold over the next few days.
