Today ends the 120 day agreement. To avoid defaulting on that agreement an NR stating back-in intention (doesn't need to say percentage, just willingness to back-in) must be issued otherwise CUU takes 100% ownership.

If there is no NR then the obvious is true. CUU will own 100% and Teck is in negotiations to purchase that 100%.
