Any Material event requires an NR does it not?

Well, there are material "changes" and material "facts" that require a NR. I think that would be a material change in the company, however, they are allowed to withold a notice regarding a material change if they are in the midst of negotiations or completing a definitive joint venture.

I don't think you can conclude just because we didn't get a NR that we now own 100% and Teck has walked. It is far more likely that they are negotiating a definitive joint venture agreement or an acquisition. If those negotiations had concluded and they were not going any further with Teck, then we should have had a NR. No NR seems to indicate they have more to discuss.
